In April 2015, Jordi Heijman joined the Department of Cardiology, CARIM School for Cardiovascular Diseases, Maastricht University. He is currently associate professor and member of the Dept. of Cardiology management team, as well as member of the Strategic Board of the CARIM School for Cardiovascular Diseases. The interests of his lab center around the combination of experimental and computational methods to investigate the basic mechanisms of cardiac arrhythmias.
